Our best pasta sauce
RECIPES

OUR BEST PASTA SAUCE IS SURE TO BRING COLOR TO YOUR DINNER TABLE

Watch this video https://youtu.be/ooaSxF8e_bA

Our best pasta sauce is made primarily from tomatoes, garlic, onions, and pork. It is great to be served with all kinds of pasta. We use colorful tomatoes rich in flavor, high water content, soft flesh which breaks down easily, and the right composition to thicken into a sauce when they are cooked without the need of thickeners. All of these qualities make them ideal for simple and appealing sauces.

Spaghetti sauce is surprisingly easy to make so there’s no need to not keep this sauce on hand at all times. Make a big batch and freeze what you don’t use!

South American Empanadas Latin Food
RECIPES

SOUTH AMERICAN EMPANADAS LATIN FOOD

Watch this video
https://youtu.be/muTM2wgAAnY

An empanada is a type of baked or fried turnover consisting of pastry and filling, common in Latin American and Filipino cultures. The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar, and literally translates as “breaded”, that is, wrapped or coated in bread. They are made by folding dough over a filling, which may consist of meat, cheese, corn, or other ingredients, and then cooking the resulting turnover, either by baking or frying.

They resemble turnovers from many other cuisines and cultures, including the pasty from the British Isles, the samosa from the Central and South Asia, or the pirozhki from Russia.

Empanadas trace back their origins to the northwest region of Spain, Galicia. A cookbook published in Catalan in 1520, Libre del Coch by Robert de Nola, mentions empanadas filled with seafood in the recipes for Catalan, Italian, French, and Arabian food.
United States

Empanadas, mainly based on South American recipes, are widely available in New York City, New Jersey, and Miami from food carts, food trucks, and restaurants. Empanadas are usually found in U.S. areas with a large Hispanic population, like San Antonio and Los Angeles.

The wolves are back

THE WOLVES ARE BACK

The wolves are back and are again a part of Europe’s nature and wildlife. Can We Learn to Coexist With Wolves? Tensions are high as wolves begin to wander for the first time in 200 years.

In Europe, the woodland is a rarity. The countries are largely cultivated by humans. Small forests, owned by local farmers, accommodate a large herd of red deer — a steady source of energy for the wolf and others in her small pack. The forests also provide two sources of income for the farmers: Hunters pay to kill on his land, while the government reimburses farmers for any damage the deer cause to the forest.

The European Union is now strongly encouraging human-wolf coexistence by offering full compensation to farmers across member states for livestock lost to wolves and other predators. The EU is also funding nonlethal ways to keep wolves at bay, such as fences and livestock dogs.

The man-versus-wolf conflict has lasted for hundreds of years. I hope we can learn to coexist with those beautiful animals.

RECIPES

HOW TO MAKE PERFECT CHINESE SPECIAL CHICKEN FRIED RICE

This chicken fried rice recipe takes 15 minutes to make. It’s absolutely delicious and everybody loves it.

Buy the best Chinese Wok Nonstick Die-casting Aluminum Dishwasher Safe Scratch Resistant

Sometimes maybe you don’t know what to cook for dinner, this is it! It is better than your local take out fried rice AND healthier.

There are really only a few secrets to good fried rice: Day Old White Rice (Make it the day before, let it cool, place it in the fridge)

This I’d say is absolute, the main thing.

The texture will NOT be right if you use freshly cooked rice. There will be too much moisture.

HEAT!

Your Wok needs to be hot. You want everything to cook quickly.

Cook stuff separately.

This is a follow-up from 2. You want it all to cook very quickly, a crowded pan will hinder that.

Cook Meat to 80%, take it out, cook the other stuff, add the meat back in.

Don’t touch it.

Unless you have a blazing professional burner, your food needs time against the wok. Put it in, leave it for a bit, mix it some more.

Fish Sauce & Chinese Sausage

They add great flavor.

If it all seems complicated, it really isn’t. Use day-old rice & give it lots of heat.

Tom Yum Goong
RECIPES

TOM YUM GOONG SPECIAL THAI RECIPE PRAWNS AND CHICKEN

Watch this video
https://youtu.be/gUYJ2Vv3-FM

This is our special and easy recipe to make Thai Tom Yum Goong. Thai cuisine is all about customization. Each meal contains a wide variety of flavors and tastes like spicy and sour and sweet but also combines a mixture of stir-fried, steamed, boiled, deep-fried and lots of soups.

Thai tom yum goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง) is probably the most popular soup in Thai cuisine. It’s a soup that’s spiced with chilies, flavored with prawns, and made sour with lime juice. Each bite of Thai tom yum is like a burst of invigorating flavor.

In this video recipe today, we will make our special version combining prawns and chicken. I will goi over the ingredients and show you exactly how to make the best Thai Tom Yum soup ever! Making Thai soups is not extremely complicated, but you just have to remember that you have to cook your food to your exact taste – there’s no precise measuring when it comes to cooking Thai food – it’s really up to you and your tongue. Be sure to taste quite frequently when you cook this soup! It should be slightly salty, spicy to your taste and quite sour.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 liters of water
8 kaffir lime leaves
4 stalks of lemongrass
2 sweet white onions
3 red tomatoes
1/4 kilo of raw shrimp
1/4 kilo of chicken
Red chilies
2 – 3 handfuls of mushrooms
4 – 5 limes
2 tablespoons of Thai Tom Yum paste
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of mushroom sauce

Thai food is all about the way it tastes for yourself. This list of ingredients is just a guide and you should take it and adapt it to your own tastes.

Thai soup should be eaten with a meal that includes a number of other Thai dishes as well as bowls of rice. Instead of scooping the soup into individual bowls for eaters, the Thai way to eat is to just have a single communal bowl of soup and all eaters dip their spoon into the soup to enjoy it together!

Please continue to watch this video for all the vital recipe information on the steps to make your delicious tom yum goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง)!

Thank you for watching and please leave a comment below to let me know how your soup was!
